Shipping policy

In a perfect world, the postal and delivery service would get shipments out to everyone safely and promptly every time. However, we know that is not the case - particularly around holidays. Because of this reality, I unfortunately cannot promise that delays, slight external damage, and even lost package issues won't arise.
